Default crower valve springs for ctr cams?

I've been told that the crower duel valve springs may have too high a seat pressure for ctr cams, is this true? Just double checking. I've got a b18c with i/h/e, aebs intake manifold and reprogrammed ecu and I'm planning to put ctr cams in with some type of valve train. I've got the crower valve springs sitting in my garage and was thinking of just using those but if they're going to wear the cams prematurely, then I'll just pick up the itr valve train. Thanks for any input...
