Did you try heating it up REALLY well and using WD-40? It always works for me.
And btw, MI roads suck when it comes to underbodies.

got rid of the underbodies, well, ive had a few people try and get it, but umm, we got the front ones on, now it is just the back, so we are going to bring it in to midas
Try the WD-40 (be generous with it).
If not then if you have any means of heating the bolt up till its red hot and then use a wrench it should come right off. My exhaust was rusted really bad and I needed to get it off so my uncles shop had a torch. We went there, heated it up red hot and they poped right off.

I dunno about WD40... use PB blaster. You might end up snapping the bolt. And the rear lower bolt on the conrol arm will DEFINATLEY break. Go get new one now.
why not use wd-40, always worked for me, just wd-40 that bitch, and some dial soap............jk, but if this doesnt work its worth a shot, then give it your best shot

what kind of hammer are you using? You need a real heavy set hammer and use wd-40. You could also take the whole strut w/ the fork completely out of the car and go from there.
