95 GSR MASTER CYLINDER QUESTION
I need to change my master cylinder,
and my ? is when i do it, do i need to bleed the brake line?
i have heard i just need to take the old one off and slap on a new one.
if you guys can help give me direction i would appreciate it.

when you get a new or reman mc you have to bench bleed it first. it should come with the kit with your mc. this is one of the most important parts. if you dont get all the air out of the mc then your brakes will feel like ****. after you have bench bleed it and have all the lines installed you need to bleed all the brake lines. there is a particular order that is recommended, but i can't remember it. i know everyone says this, but pick up a helms or at the very least a haynes manual to use as reference. hope this helps.
you def need to bleed your brakes after swapping MC, read up on how to do it in the archives, its simple, but you need help from a friend to put pressure on your brake pedal
