supertech valve springs+ti ret. combo

has anyone tryed this setup? i wanted to upgrade my valvetrain, but didnt want to be broke also, i want to get ctr cams will they work with these springs? i want to rev to 9000rpms, will this even work with this setup?

I like the Supertech valves. They hold up to 11k rpms in our turbo car.
