This probably belongs in the appearance forum but I don't think I can post there yet and I also have a question about power windows.

Going to pickup my HB this weekend (49k original miles), its a 5 hour trip so we'll get to know each other well on the way home..

Its a CX and I wanted to convert the windows over to power windows. Going to start looking for some total'd cars but was wondering if someone who has done this could send me a PM or a few tips.





Needs more drop! First thing I'll be doing after I get her back safe..

 

CTR door panels

 

That was definately something I was thinking about. I've looked through some sites and have yet to find anything on them. I'll run across them sooner or later I hope.

 

Not on an ek but me and my friend did a manual-to-power window swap on his ej,i doubt anything is totally different, turned out really good,and all he really needed was the electric window regulator,and door panels with the power window switch and motors,make sure you double check all the wiring, make sure you have everything and that nothing has been cut, then just run your wires.its not really to hard, good luck.

 

Ordered some parts, I just need to find a good deal on some CTR panels.

 

I never got cup holders in my EK.....wtf
