KYB AGX piston bolt question.
Ok this has got to be the most retarted invention. Most shocks have it where on the piston you put a wrench and a alan wrench to losen the bolt on the piston. But they have it where you have to use a wrench to hold the top of the piston and a then you use another wrench to take the bolt off. Any owners of KYB AGX have a solution for this? Im trying to take the bolt off so i can put another bump stop under the huge washer. It's ratteling against the car, and it's nasty *** noise on the way to work everyday..
yeah...the top of the shaft assembly is notched for a wrench to hold it. so youll have to hold the top, loosen the nut, and then when the nut is up high enough, hold the notch underneath the nut and loosen it the rest of the way. i guess it depends on the car and how the strut is in there mine are easy to get off.
good luck.

see the problem is, where that bolt is and the washer theres a bump stop under it. Well i gues it got worn and the washer is hiting the side man it's ******* anoying sounding. So i guess ima raise it up for awhile so it wont jagger so much.
