What is the extra nozzle for on the spoon throttle body ?

Default What is the extra nozzle for on the spoon throttle body ?

When i bought my car it had the spoon throttle body on it.

Does anybody know what the extra nozzle at teh top is for ?

First off those pics look identicle but I do remember seeing/reading somewhere that the JDM TB had this extra nozzle.

As the thread above indicates, the line is for the EVAP system. If you're running the JDM ITR IM also you can use that port on the TB, otherwise you can use the existing port on the IM and plug the port on the TB. Most autoparts stores carry vacumm plugs for pennies, otherwise cut a 1" piece of vacumm tube and put a screw in it.
