Default Maybe one day Honda will improve their power windows.

This is the second time the driver's window has slipped from the front track. Anyone out there have any ideas why it does this, as well as any tips for fixing this problem? If there's one thing, Honda could learn a thing or two from GM in this department.

get used to it...
Mines fell of the track a whole bunch of times...
You get really good at doing it...

It sucks to have to do it in the rain at work

the first time it happened.. when the car was new I took it to the dealer.. they blamed my aftermarket speaker wires getting in the way...
the dealer's are dumbasses

tip: don't roll your window down all the way.... I have found this to be the biggest cause of the problem...
if you only roll it down to the last three or 4 inches... it won't jump the track..

hasn't done it since I stopped rolling the window down all the way....

also make sure it is well lubricated..

Yep, rolling it down all the way is what did it this time...

I smoke in the car, so I use it more frequently than others. Really not looking forward to digging around in the door tonight getting ready for Speedtrial this weekend.

I know my track for my power window is bent, and that is what causes my driverside window to move slowly, and fall off track. I plan on getting it fixed when I have money again someday.......
