Default valvetrain set-up

hey...i'm new here and also new to integras...which i just bought, i have a 94 gs 5 speed, i was just wondering what your personal choice would be if you could build a valvetrain set-up....i'm not really worried about spending a whole lot of money but please keep it reasonable....i'm looking for 200 whp after the whole engine is built with a 50 shot of nitrous...thank you in advance

G2 is the ligher spring 55-60lbs on the seat. Basically the "*****" spring.
