Default RS-R ex mag fitment on a 99-00 civic

I just got an ex mag last week and when I installed it nothing seemed to line up right. The canister on the muffler rubs one of the bushings for the sway bar, all of the rubber hangers seem to be pulled forward, and the tip doesn't line up well with the bumper- it's too far left, too high up, and a couple inches shy of the bumper. This is the third exhaust I've put on my car so I'm not a noob who has no idea what I'm doing. At first I thought it might be for a hatch but the part number on the box matches the number on the rs-r site. Any ideas? If any of you guys have one on a 99-00 coupe please post up some pics.

Ok, thanks.

A few things I forgot to mention, I have a CTR header and a J's racing testpipe. Could the problem be there?
