Default Difference btw 99-00 and 92-98 Thermal exhausts?

The 99-00 Civic EX 2dr/4dr exhaust is listed under a different PN (B101-C116) rather than the 92-98 EX 2dr/4dr which is PN B101-C101.

What would be the difference here? Other companies such as Skunk2, Greddy, and Apexi all list their exhausts for 92-00 Civic EX.

So will a 99-00 Thermal Exhaust fit my 93?

Just for reference...i called Thermal and asked about the difference.

The systems are FULLY interchangable. The tip on the system for the 99-00 is 1" longer than the 93-98 systems. Which leaves the muffler sticking out a little farther than normal. Which i like since thermals tend to sit behind the bumper

That would explain why the one I have, off of some dudes SI didnt fit right on my '97 Ex. (Its not on there WAY TOO LOUD!)
Hey, anyone want to buy a used thermal exhaust?

Way too loud.. For me I mean.
Stuck out from the bumper about half an inch, is what I mean by not fit right.
