so far 4.5 years of abuse with my drag kit has had no issues with it.
is there anyone out there running a f-r pro street ram horn with a c/f hood that has any issues? i still have my stock hood, it just needs lotsa body work since someone decided to autograph it with their fist.

I'd reccomend using some heat shield on the hood, worked for me.

you could see some wavyness in mine from the heat after a while. My underhood temps were sick.

I thermal coated my full race mani and turbo
I also used an exhaust tunnel shield from DEI on the underside of my hood.
The paint on my factory hood looked like the heat was starting to get to it.

in my manifold area you can tell theres something hot there cuz that specific area is a lil faded compared to the rest of the hood.
