Default b18b head on b16 block (puts flame suit on)

okay, is this even possible?

since i know that there are going to be several people that are going to ask "why the hell would anyone do this?" Well here's an explanation.

yes, it is the worst of both worlds, and yes, it wouldn't yield any power, 9.7 compression, etc. However, I am on a budget, don't care about making lots of power, and want to have a decent motor for a cheap price in my car. I want something that has fairly low mileage that's reliable. I'm not going to be redlining the **** out of this motor, etc. most people combine b16 heads with ls blocks and this renders the "worst of both worlds" parts as "useless" I think it'd be neat to drive around with someone elses "trash" There's also better transmission options for the b-series as well. stronger axles, midshaft. All the other better parts about b-series excluding power.

So my question for you guys, is would this be possible?

It will work i did it a few years ago because i blew my other motor and i had all the parts laying around. You have to plug the oil hole in the block its just the opposite of ls-vtec.
