Yup, I'd also like to mention a job well done to Andrie, Sean, Charlie, Telly, Jeremy, Brandon, Wayne, and everyone else involved in making this happen! Although I had some bad luck on saturday, the performance on sunday really made up for a lot. I didn't really give any of the top 4 a run for their money, but I was quite satisfied with my improvement in laptimes and consistency from session to session.

What a great outcome and good job to the crew and all at Redzone Performance!

I also would like to say special thanks to Graham and his friends for helping me bang my car back into shape after saturday morning incident. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to continue racing both days. Also, condolences to all who had a rough weekend... It reminded me that Infineon Raceway isn't a world class race track for nothing... it really can be treacherous.

I hope all you guys got home safe, hope to see you all soon!

What happened to the famous Mr. Rinde? I was told by John G. that you decided not to attend only a couple of days before the event. Oh well, I missed out on hanging with you.

Close.

I decided not to go about two weeks before.

Then a few days before I would have left enough more **** blew up on me that I couldn't even believe it.

I really wish I coulda made it - but there will be a next time for sure.

Scott, who has learned with age to bend with the wind...or maybe I learned that watching Kung Fu...whatever.

What happened to Sam's front bumper/air dam on the SGR CRX?

Too much oversteer?

Not enough cooling ducts?

Man. I guess not a single piece of my car was supposed to make it through this weekend.

Kenji - sorry again that you got collected in my incident. I'm really glad that you were able to get back out and put in a good showing both days.

Great job Andrie! I'm glad I got to meet you guys. Sorry I didn't stick around to say bye to everyone, but I just wanted to put this weekend behind me. I hope you guys understand. Hopefully I'll be back out soon with racecar v2.0.

- Scott

Scott,
First, I'm glad you're okay. Second, you have a great attitude. You owned up to what happened and didn't blame anyone else (although there was a ton of traffic around you and we were all going pretty hard at that point).

I didn't have my camera in the car, but I was directly behind you. I tried to follow the other cars through, but decided to settle in behind you for the downhill. I still don't know how I missed you, but I'm thankful there's room off track drivers left.

It was nice meeting you. You're a class act.

I'll 2nd what JohnG said. I nearly pushed him through your door but somehow we made it around you rear bumper without touching each other or hitting you. I think the SE-R might have been behind me. Glad your OK and already talking of rebuilding.

Congrats on your weekend Andrie. I only met you briefly but you have to be the happiest driver in the paddock, reminded of Tigger the way you were bouncing around.
