Default Catalytic converters...which works best?

It's time to replace my stock DX cat on my hybrid civic. I have been looking at getting the Carsound cat, but i am also looking for a bolt on alternative high flowing cat instead of getting it welded into places with flanges at a muffler shop. Which cats are you guys running, if any. I have a b18c1 with a DC 4to1 ceramic header ( which i think is for a b16) , a Greddy PE exhaust, and about a 6 inch extender pipe with my O2 senser connected between my header and the inlet of the stock DX cat...any info or suggestions will be appreciated...

I'm probably going to get a Carsound one when I do my swap. They are part of the same company that makes Magnaflow mufflers which are very good quality. I can get a Carsound one for $85 shipped.

I thought carsounds were bolt ons? I think many muffler shops could custom make you something too with flanges and then you could just bolt that on. How about a test pipe?

I really don't want to pollute too much, much alone smell the exhaust more than usual..a cat helps a lot on air pollution...but i do want a high flowing one. Has anyone gotten the high flow cat from Lanspeed Racing in Arizona? I want to know what kind of cat they use...

I had a Catco on my car....and to tell you the truth, I couldn't really feel any power difference compared with the stock one. Couldn't pass emissions with it too

This probably won't help much, but I'm running one of Adrian Teo's modified Subaru SVT cats with the 2.5" collector. It was a little too long, tho, so my mech had the reweld my exhaust's b-pipe. The cat along with the jdm itr 4-1 definitely made the car louder.
