i got all this for 54 bucks shipped, if you guys can tell me what y8 manifold that is, i would appreciate it, and if the head is in good condition, i would like to get it hot tanked then p/p and put it onto my existing car, which is a y7, BUT IS THERE ANYTHING YOU SEE WRONG WITH THE PARTS, and now i can use that valve cover to paint on, and if it looks good, i will just use that cover, but if it comes out bad, i can use the existing one on my car....i think i got a hell of a deal........
or
thanks

well i think he was just planning on getting the intake manifold.. but found a whole head instead... i say its a good price since y8 manifolds are around that price... and

if you use that head you should get it pressure checked to make sure it doesnt leak other than that thats a hela of good deal.

ok the head doesn't look like it was hot tanked, still looks dirty, plus I don't think you can hot tank aluminum because the acid will eat it away.
It also seems to be missing keepers.
Plus if the cam has been laying around like that. There is a probability that it warped, so i would check the runout on it if you got the tools to do so.
