Default CAI for B18c1 in 95 Civic Coupe....

I have been trying to find out what CAI I may use for my hybrid civic, I am tired of my short (hot air intake) intake. I have a B18c1 in my 95 Civic coupe, and i am wondering if a AEM CAI for a GSR will fit correctly, or will i have to get the one for the Delsol? I have already used the search engine to no avail.

The GSR AEM CAI will work. It will be a tight fit though.

yeah the only difference is that it won't go in the hole that the civic ones do. b/c integra intakes don't go in there. it will work though, a guy i know has an integra intake on his civic so i know it works.

Aiight then how about a GSR with the SK2 intake, same car which CAI should I get. The GSR one or the Type-r one. Also if I get the ITR one will i have the same problem with it not going in the hole.

I just heard that a AEM 99-00 Si CAI intake will work just fine with a B18c1 motor in a 92-95 Civic...anyone else know of this for sure?

Hey, I literally just finished installing an AEM cold air intake on my b18c1 w/skunk 2 intake manifold in my 92 hatchback five minutes ago. The intake was from a 99-00 Civic Si and it fits perfectly. The ITR intake will rub everywhere since it's 3 inch and won't last you too long. I strongly suggest the 99-00 Civic Si.

EDIT: And the 99-00 Civic SI AEM CAI does go through the hole.

But i don't have the Skunk 2 intake manifold, just the regular GSR one...it sits lower..so will it fit? or will i have to get the GSR one?

I believe it would need to be modified if I'm not mistaken, there was an article with pictures on how to do it...I'll look for it and get back to you.
