Default Custom Speaker box......floor reconstruction

First: I Want to replace or maybe just strengthen the rear flooring, it is all bowed from sun damage or something. What should i use that's Strong/lightweight?

Second: I would like to enclose my 2 12" subs, 4 1/2" voice coils and amp, they are in component boxes right now but i would like to build custom enclosure incorporating the floor reconstruction. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have a few ideas but i don't want to mess this up.

Trace the plastic piece of wood onto a piece of 1/4 inch plywood. Pretty simple ish.
