Default i have a question for you CALI dudes.

i might be moving to cali for 3 months or longer for a job. the hospital will be paying for my housing and allowance and for my car.

anyways, here in nj, some mods are legal such as exhaust that might be illegal in ca.

will i still get ticketed for illegal modified exhaust or other things even though my car is registered in jersey making it legal in my home state?

will i NEED to register my car there just for a temporary job?

if your only gonnna be her for a couple of months there is no need to register ur car... it would be so damn expesive expecially since im shure that nj is way more lienieant againts smog... here they are greedy ****'s...

it would cost you way to much money to get it smog legal here.. so just leave the outta state plates on it thatway you dont have to pay for registration twice.. just my .02
