Anybody makes paintable dashboards for my 94? Or in carbon fibre? or even door panels?

I think the lack of responses would indicate just what I'm about to relate. I know of no one who offers custom interior panels as you request. I've seen a custom rear speaker deck, trunk lid, hood(s) up the wazoo and some fenders, but none of what you're looking for.
Sorry I can't be of more assistance, perhaps a "GOOGLE" search under "carbonfiber automotive" or "custom interior automotive" could stir up some hits.

I haven't seen anything offered by a company to buy but I did see a thread on here somewhere where this person took their dash and stripped it of all the padding and everything. They then covered it in fiberglass, sanded it smooth, and then painted it. It looked like a lot of work but if you really want to paint your dash and door panels, this may be a solution.

 

I have seen some dipping tanks at trade shows and I work with a company that does my detailing that does the sticker type carbon fiber or wood grain or many other designs, it is good stuff and it is all over Japan.
