Default Rebuilding - shall I go B20?

96 spec ITR motor.. well, im going to P&P the head, add some Ti retainers for my Toda B cam, some higher compression (supertech) valves..

And my bottom end.. the pistons is a must swap/replace, cylinder wall need to mill 0.25 for sure. for the price of all the parts for bottom end. im thinking if a good condition 20B block as an alternate might be a cost effective solution? more torque, more power.

any inputs?

also, is there any difference on GSR bottom compare to a R? my friend got a spare B18C1 bottom and i can aquire it cheap.
