Default arp headstud torque spec?

i ordered a set of arp 10mm head studs for my z6, i torqued them down and i need to retorque them again. but i forgot how many lbs it is, so i got a hold of the spec sheet and there are 3 different specs, one for 170,000 and 190,000 and 220,000. which one do i have? i have the part number 208-4301. but if i retorque them now do i torque them to the 30wt oil spec of moly lube spec?

I was reading on here when I was SEARCHING if you had to take the head off and the range I saw was 65-80. My instructions are in the garage but I beleive it said 60 or 65
