stuck rear seat belt

stuck rear seat belt

my 93 hatch's rear seat belt is stuck all the way in. I can't move it but an inch if that at a time and then when i release it it stays stuck inside. Any ideas?

Honda has a lifetime seatbelt warrenty. I would just get a new one from the dealership.
