Default Still running rich....any new ideas?

I started running really rich after swapping the EX top end onto my DX block.

I just noticed that the evap purge valve is different from each model. I would think they do the same thing, but perhaps using the D16Y7 valve on the D16Y8 "hybrid" could be causing my troubles?

I need to get this issue fixed before going to the dyno for tuning, and I really need to go since the turbo is still untuned.

Is it so extreme that it couldn't be tuned out with an adjustable FPR and a V-AFC or Field fuel controller?

Yes, I am "tuning" it the best I can with VAFC until I get to the dyno, but here's an example.

If I clean my exhaust tip, within a day or two it will be pure black. That's how rich it's running. If I adjust the VAFC down, I will go until it starts to stutter, then bump the fuel back up 2% or so until it runs ok. (real technical way to do it huh).
