easiest way out is just going to home depot and getting some 16awg wire(16 guage) and simply making it longer... to unite the old and new it's 2 cut's per wire, get some heat shrink tubing to cover your connections(use a lighter to shrink the tubing) then put some hi-temp silicone on the ends of the tubing to stop moisture from gettin in... the connections can be just some crimped (with a pair of pliers really hard) male/female connectors also from home depot(remember you need 2 sets for every wire(I think its only a two wire sensor so thats 4 of each(3 wire is 6 of each).... this should run you no more than $10..... it's not the professional way of doing things but I did it on my car and it's been ok for 3 years now, damn it's better than stock I think.... I could have told you the technical way to fix your problem but you get the same result, and it's a bit more expensive considering you don't have a soldering iron, solder, steel braid etc... remember your exhaust temp can get hot(like 1200 F) so be carefull were the wire lays or hangs after it's done,,,,, GOOD LUCK

its okay to cut the o2 wires to make them longer.

have someone push your muffler for you towards the header as you put the bolts in. And if that doesnt work you have to go to the muffler shop and have them extend your piping for you
