So, essentually I want to do a self project and I've been looking at cars with Blacked Out Tail lights and was wondering if possible if it could be done. If so how hard would it be to do and how would I go about doing it on an 05 Accord..If anyone who knows any info or has done it to their own accords I would appreciate it a bunch

 

try the appearence forum... im pretty sure its possible on any type of light.. the ppl in the appearence forum sill prolly have your answer..

 

just get some transparent smoke paint at a hobby store and some clear coat. sand the lights down with a really fine grit and apply the transparent paint. after that apply several coats of clear coat so it wont fade over time.
