I want to put this in my civic, do i have to upgrade springs and retainers in order to do so? or can stock valvetrain handle it? i have already, port and polished d16y8 head, aem pulley kit, obx intake manifold, port and polished bored 62mm throttle body, obx throttle body spacer, I.H.E, ngk wires plugs.

im looking into this camshaft and a cam gear, then later a lightened flywhee. any recomandations for the flywheel?

Whats needed to be done for the camshaft and cam gear?

 

it depends on what stage cam u use....if its a stg. 1 it is ok to leave stock valvetrain in there...just as long as u keep ur stock rev limit or dont rev much higher than stock limit...if ur going to go with stg 2 or higher then it is a must to upgrade the valvetrain
