Default another carburator question

accord 87, carb

I wanna check whether my choke is good so how can i tell whether a choke is in a good setting. Could you show me a picture of it too? tried search on google , couldn't find anything.

my car is not burning all the gas, could it be the throttle? is the throttle too wide that release and flood the gas?

thank all
dadado

With the choke plate set, there is room at the back of the carb throat to get a 5/32 drill bit inbetween the choke plate and carb throat.

Default Re: another carburator question (dadado)

if u look at carb where choke housing is there should be some marking ( notches ) on it and on the choke housing line up choke housing mark with center mark on carb
if u did not brake the rivets in choke housing it should have been lined up ...
