Default A good 16" tire for drag and street

I'm about to get some new rims and buying new tires for them. I'm looking to spend around 100ish per tire and would like something that will hold up good, and grip well for the 1/4.

The tires I have now have low tread and really hurt my 1/4 times due to bad wheel hop.

Currently my car is pretty much stock, so their not going to be under a terrible amount of strain when at the track. I just hate getting beat off the line by stock sohc, when i have a better r/t and just skip my tires for the first 10 feet.

Thanks
