I think you may have to take off the hub and replace the wheel bolt, but don't quote me on this one! I'll go take a look at the Helms..

yeah , you need to remove the hub and get another stud to replace the one you broke .

Looking at the civic bible, I can't tell from the drawings whether the hub and bolts are a single piece or not. Honda parts website shows a bolt called "wheel bolt" which I think is the stud.

Here's a write up on replacing the wheel stud without removing the hub. (Normal practice is unfortunately to remove the freaking hub, but this technique works too.)

That's a great writeup. Don't know if I would do it all with a Dremel however!

dude dont spend the money do it the old fashion way...
1. take the caliper off
2. take a grinder and cut a small 1inch cut in the hub
3. hammer out each stud
4. intall new stud
5. use washers on the new stud and tighten it
6. now your an OG and fixed your own hub
goodluck its easier than you would expect......

you can grind the knuckle to make clearance for the stud, so you dont have to grind each stud. but dont hammer on the hub while its still on the spindle.... youre gonna end up put a huge dent on the bearing. use something to press it out, like a C clamp or something.
