I went up to Velocity in Carrollton, Texas (near Dallas).
And before a few ask...it cost me 300 for tuning...not bad imo!
Stoney did an awesome job again! I'm only running 7.5 psi at most. I was running pretty crappy since I put the new manifold on...leaning out a lot.
So from the start...it was only 230whp
I was like damn...I was shooting for 260-270whp after tuning, but after that I didn't think it was possible.
Anyway, Stoney not only met my expectations...but went beyond. He ended up with 284whp and 194 tq. And that was with a lot of timing taken out for added safety...Stoney knows now how much of a lead foot I have
I know, it's not as much as my a3...but my a3 was running a tad better kit and 10psi. This Turbonetics turbo isn't as torquey as my last sc34...but that's okay. It's easier to launch for racing...but not as quick to spool. With the a3, I only had 267whp with the 7.5psi...but I had more torque 225 with the 7psi. So as you can see...not as torquey.
vids will be up shorty when 1fastminivan sends them to me. The car screams up top. The intake manifold really takes advantage of the higher rpms. (ground zero intake manifold)
Pics of the dyno and more pics of the great shop. thanks to Stoney again!
Base line dyno with after tuning...noticed how he cut a tad short on the base one...it was leaning out in a few spots..especially under partial throttle

Here it is by itself...just about as perfect a/f ratio as you can get

some other cars...a few vipers, g35 in the works for boost, etc

oh, I have:
Cybernation turbo kit with kpro
t 60-1 turbo
650cc injectors
tial bov/wastegate
k20a2
spoon n1 and t1r midpipe
Ground zero intake manifold
everything else is stock

no prob
I wonder if I could have made more power...my clutch is slipping big time man. I went to the strip and it's about toast...only took one run. I ran a 13.6 at best with a 2.2 60ft. I got some 2.1 and 2.0 but the clutch was slipping like a ****. I put it in 5th and let it go...instead of stalling, it just kept going up and up and up in the revs. damn, I hate installing clutches
here's a couple of vids
Vids:
here's where I get the 13.6@105mph clutch slips a few times...not near as bad as the next
http://www.we-todd-did-racing....5NTQx
Right after that, I run again..shitty time and mph 13.9@102 or something like that...my launch was better, too bad for the clutch

yeah, it didn't take it long. That damn thing was smelling like **** after the first pass. That burn out I did killed it (didn't get the vid of that...the best burn out I've ever done
which isn't perfect...but good for me)
I have a clutch sitting in my garage...just don't care for the maintenance in installing it

yeah, I guess not
I'm getting the new clutch installed tomorrow hopefully. It just gets worse and worse. I always wanted to know how a bad clutch feels...it feels pretty damn annoying!

thanks, my car is out of order right now. The damn ACT street disc and highpressure plate won't let my car go in gear. So all the money I paid in labor, I'll have to pay again, just to have a stock setup put in so I can drive my damn car.
Long story short...the clutch won't disengaged and ACT admits they aren't perfect....WTF is that all about? I'll never buy ACT again. Exedy will be my next buy in about...oh 15,000 miles when this stock clutch goes out.
