Built JDM front end 98 GSR

I was selling this car a few months ago but i blew the motor. so i built the motor and am putting it up for sale again. the motor has only idled and never done anything other than that. after the car started, and idled it was trailored back to my garage since it only has fire and theft insurance and i didnt want to drive it
i have had this car since march of 03 and when i bought it it was bone stock. oil changed every 3k miles with amsoil. car has been turbo for around 1 year and it was only driven about 5k miles in that year. the odometer reads 109,xxx kilometers since it has a jdm itr cluster. the cluster was installed when it read 98,xxx kilometers about a year and a half ago. i have the stock cluster as well and it reads 78xxx miles on it. I havent driven this car alot in the past year and a half and i will not drive it in the snow or the rain. it is in a garage at all times.
CAR MADE 279whp@8psi and 194ft/lbs it is fully tuned by Dan at Godspeed inc. full throttle and part throttle/street tuning
that was on stock block, the turbo setup will get you into the 400's with tuning and the motor will hold it no problem
the wear on the body in typical of a 7 year old car. there is a door ding on the drivers side right by the door. on the passenger side there is another door ding right above the rear tire, the paint on the rear bumper is dencent, right above the exhaust there is a little warping from when i was running really rich the week i drove it non fully tuned. there is one small scrach on the drivers side 1/4 pannel, looks like somone walked by and brushed up against it. could be buffed out. on the roof there are a few scraches from what it looks like somone setting keys on it and sliding them across to somone on the other side.
the JDM front end was profesionaly installed and painted. the paint they did is flawless, no orange peel. the paint alone cost 1500 on just the front end

OEM jdm itr front end conversion (non hid) with lip
OEM ITR rear spoiler
painted side skirts
15 inch bronze rota C8's with falken azinis-the discontinued ones. rims and tires were on the car for a total of 500 miles before the motor blew
stock gsr blades will be included
2 gunmetal 15X7 rota slips with BF goodrich drag radials 225-50-15's

all of that has 0 miles on it and will stay that way untill they next owner drives it, the car has only idled with the built motor

Does not have air conditioning installed because of the 3 inch downpipe
currently it doesnt have power steering, but if you would like i could always put it back on
ngk spark plug wires
Recently replaced parts:
timing belt
water pump
timing belt tensioner
those 3 as well have 0 miles and have only been idled
cap and rotor
ignitor
ignition coil
o2 sensor
starter
both alxes
the car has a rebuilt title, it had it when i bought it. carfax said it happened in 2000 and was later rebuilt from the people i bought it from. it was hit in the front. radiator support, hood, radiator, condensor, both fenders, headlights, turn signals were all replaced with stock parts. i later took them all off and did the jdm front end. car does not pull in either direction, body shop that did the front end conversion for me couldnt tell it was ever in an accident, they said if it was there wasnt any frame damage done
