Default GT35R Do I need a restrictor?

GSR motor, Do I need a Restrictor on my GT35R? I know BB turbos need less oil pressure but I am running 3AN line so I dont want to have to little pressure. I would like this turbo to last as long as possible without seizing or blowing seals. What would you guys reccomend?

I think as long as oil pressure is below 60psi your cool with the 3an from what the garrett site says. I just ran into this problem with a 2000 Celica, oil pressure is a bit high on that engine so a restrictor is needed.
