well the other day i got to my friends house park my car everythings fine..... I come out the next mourning i go to put it in reverse and the get nothing.....It wont let me put it in reverse almost like somethings hitting the shifter but i got under the car and checked out the linkage thats all fine..I have no clue whats wrong...

Any Ideas??????

is that the only gear, can you put it in 1st or 2nd? need more info

 

yea i can put it in every gear but reverse......

 

have you try putting it in 1st to 2nd then to R
or if that doesnt work 4th to R

try it with the car on and off

 

nah man ive tryed everything possible....
