I have just pick up an EG, planning to build it and goals to hit 11's, looking to hit past the 300+ mark. On the LS/Vtec stock sleeves I was able to push over 460whp with pistons/rods and stock head. I seen a few crack sleeve on B-series, but haven't seen any D-series.

 

I guess, I'll try to see it for myself.
