Can someone help me out, i was just wondering how much whp a stock ITR has?

 

It varies from R to R... I had 164/116

What Rob said. I have seen high 150's to low 170's for stock R's.

Depends on the dyno. low/mid 160's whp and 115-ish wtq on a dynojet, although some i've seen had almost 170 and almost 120 tq.

mustang and other dynos? no ideaR.

 

I going to get mine dyno'd when I finish my tranny I will post up when I am done

 

as long as you didnt get one of the rare honda super engines

you should be in the range of 158-172

the honda freak super engines that a few people got were makin silly numbers some how

some guy had 196 whp stock

dont ask me how or who

but i know a few people got really lucky

but all the rest of us have like 165whp about...give or take...when we were stock

i had 169.2 with 119 TQ bone stock..i got slightly lucky

why do some engine make more horsepower than some? aren't they made with the same parts and by the same machines? What causes those extra horses? Hope i'm not tread jacking, just want to know why stock horsepower # varies.

The magic pixies spread fairie dust on some motors to make them special

 

our new 01 CDN ITR dyno'd at 171.3whp and 120.5ft.lb tq

our stolen 98 USDM ITR dyno'd at 174.2whp and 121.8ft.lb tq

as to the 196 whp stock that is impossible on a stock untouched R sorry I have never seen higher then 172whp bone stock, and as to our old R we got the stolen parts back and when i tore down the engine we noticed the head had been planned, thus giving us a higher hp.
