how to wire 5 wire o2 to P28

i need to run wires from my 5 wire o2 from a 96-98 civic to my p28 in my hatch, does any one have the wire color to ECU pin out chart for this?

What are you trying to do???

Are you trying to use a 5wire oxygen sensor with a P28?
