What is the best Brake kit for my car? Why such a price difference between them all?
There are a lot of brake kits out there and im not really sure why there is such a price differnce. What makes Endless $1300 better than Willwood? I have tried to do some research and decided when i do a brake kit on my 99 civic si i would go with the following choices:
but what makes each better than the other? Do any of these companies make a kit for the back two brakes?
(the car will be used as a daily driver but sometimes tracked, my build up has started and im looking at a motor/turbo set up that will make 500whp easy but for the most part be run at 300whp)

I've ridden in a Civic with Brembo big brakes. I was impressed. But they were all bling factor.
Just get Integra brakes, they will be more than sufficient for you. If you have to ask this question, you aren't doing anything where you need better brakes than OEM....

Yeah, look into his other posts and you'll see how true that statement really is.
You don't need upgraded brakes at all, kid, and if you insist on getting them, go with a Type-R Integra set up with NSX calipers and good pads and tires. The combination will dislodge your smiling face from the bones of your skull.

I am running 300whp daily driven and i used the fast-brakes (www.fastbrakes.com) 11 in. set-up on my car, and they work great. Good price too only like $600.
I have owned 3 different Fastbrakes over 10 years and they have all performed well.
If you want tthe "bling", don`t get any of the jap stuff, go AP.

for what i use my car for , i use itr front and rear calipers with brembo rotors , hawk hp+pads front and rear , ss lines and some nice ate superblue fluid , my car stops on a freakin dime and has little to no fade.
I have done some hard thinking about this and decided the brembo and endless set ups are entirely too much money, I was hoping someone on this thread could tell me what makes them worth the extra 700-1000 dollars. The point of this thread was not to tell me what kind of brakes to use or to knock big brake kits. Maybe I will never use the full potential of the kit but if i did it would be nice to know it was there if i needed it. And "Flame On" but I was also looking at a Big brake set up for asthetic reasons. So basically I just need to know what are the problems with the wilwood kit? what makes the rotora better? what makes brembo better than it? and what makes the endless kit "the best"?
As it is now I use my car for daily driving, Sometimes on the drag strip and entered in some carshows where people who dont know **** can just say "that looks nice" but who knows once i've got a wealth of horsepower? I may do a lot more. Thanks for everyone that posted thus far but lets get this back on track all the guys that voted and such what is the best of the four big brake kits mentioned and WHY?
