i just got a crx Hf .... But i gotta replace the i Intake Mani & TB... i have a complet 95 CX moter ...& was wondering if i could but the cx mani & TB on it ?? & if yes what all would i have 2 do ,,,would the TBS Work ???

 

i think you can..i've heard of people puttin y8(obd2) manifolds on there D16a6's without and complications... but you better wait for a second opinion..

 

Yeah, you can put the other throttle body and manifold in. You might have to open up the harness so that some of the sensor plugs reach the sensors. there might also be an extra coolant passage on the 95 cx manifold, but all you will have to do it put a " T " in it or plug it and you should be okay. Not quite sure on that. You might want to compare both manifolds and check how many hoses are coming out of each manifold so you can be sure.

 

Thanx .... i will eventully be converting 2 obd1 ,, & put the y8 mani on it .. but im just trying 2 get it 2 runn for the time being !

it allready has a y8 ... i 4got 2 mention that..lol

 

Whats wrong with you y8 intake mani. the cx many is gonna make you loose power it has smaller intake runners

 

i dont have a y8 mani yet .im workin on it ... so i gotta make due with what i have ...
