Phillips screws that hold the rotor on the hub.
Does anyone use these? My Civic is the first car I've seen that uses screws to hold the rotor on the hub. Everything else I've seen just uses the caliper plus lugs.
So do I need these or no?

you don't need them
i've been rolling around without them for 18+ months
they're only there to hold the rotor on the hub while the car rolls down the assembly line at the factory. your wheel holds the rotor on just fine.
