I had the car jacked with the ebrake on and the wheels turned. The car was put back onto the ground and 5min later i left and put the ebrake down and the car like slammed down and then I shifted into Drive (automatic) and the car jolted hard again, like harder then usual. What happened? Did I cause any damage?

 

no things are just shifting around that's all. i wouldn't worry about it unless it drives funny.

 

Sounds like you had jacked the car up on a slight incline, much like parking on a hill w/out applying the Ebrake. You'd sware you'd busted something the first time you pulled it out of park !!!
