hey peeps, does 98-00 accord sedan tail lights fit on a 01-02 sedan accord?!!??!

im 99% sure they will. my dad has a 99 accord. the only difference between them is the earlier models have a pinkish color in them. the newer ones were red with clear on the bottom i believe. same shape tho.

 

thankz man... cuz im trying to buy some red and clear tail lights off of ebay.. to replace some altezzaz on my girlfrends accord..

 

NO they will not, the trunks are different, 99 - 00 are not interchangeable with 01 - 02 tails. only the sides are interchangeable not the centers that mount on the trunk.

wats the diff besides the colors?

The outsides are interchangeable.

But the parts that are on the trunk lid will not work.

 

can you explain why? i dont understand what the difference is.

the inner lenses are tottaly different sizes......

damz...these taillights r pretty hard to find, cant even find these bad boyz on ebay
