hey everybody......i'm trying to install my dc low tie bar and civics and integras and such are easy....but now i have a prelude which have a 4ws in the back. I think i have to take it out first huh!?...damn...anybody know step by step of how carefully to take this out or if you have to then installing the dc low tie bar? thanks guys!!

 

speak english pablo. removing the 4ws unit doesn't sound like a great idea. if the lower tie bar was designed for the car, you shouldn't need to remove anything liek the 4ws unit

 

well do you know the answer............i know i don't want to take out the 4ws....it's just that the old tie bar looks like it' connected with the 4ws system.....and i thought if i have to take it out i'll have to take out the system....please help...i've been having this tie bar for a while....planning to sell it...then

 

I understand what you're saying....THIS IS AN OPINION - i don't want anyone calling me out on this.......Maybe you have to temporarily uninstall the 4ws system, connect the aftermarket tie bar, and then reinstall the 4ws....maybe....but I am not sure!

 

unfortunetly you have to use a rear lower tie rod for a 4th gen 4ws prelude. i used the neuspeed bar on mine as it was the only one i could find designed for the 4ws setup.
