not real, but will perform?
The exhaust is not a part that I treat lightly. It is something that you hear ALL the time. Exhaust note is VERY important to me. There are just too many farty-type exhausts on the market.
I researched exhausts for over a year before I bought. The Thermal Classic was the one for me. I've had it for 3 years and I have never regretted getting it.
As I've said before, do it right the first time. It is cheaper and less of a hassel.

yeah......exhaust note is very important. I hate that damn high pitched sound....it sucks ***....unless you have a BOV behind it......
I went with the GReddy EVO exhaust....very low pitched and powerful sound. Very nice exhaust.....you should look into it....Here is GReddy's description:
Designed specifically for use on vehicles with aftermarket turbochargers, including but not limited to Greddy bolt-on kits, the new GReddy EVOTT is a hybrid version of GReddy’s popular EVO2 cat-back exhaust system. It was created specifically to enhance non-turbocharged vehicles that have been converted to turbocharged vehicles. Similar to the full stainless steel EVO2, the EVOTT is designed with larger diameter piping, then normally found on non-turbo charged applications. This will optimize performance in its boosted form, while still providing effective sound suppression when used with a turbo. Finishing off the high flow EVOTT is a heat-treated, inner curled GReddy Titanium Tip. Applications are available to enhance most GReddy Bolt-on and other aftermarket turbo kits.

what size piping is used on the greddy evo exhaust...... im looking for a 2.5 inch exhaust and the only one ive found so far is the megan racing catback but i had never heard of them and wonder if the quality is there like on a greddy and hks because there atre way too many hodnas around here that sound like **** and i dont want my lude to be one of them.
Its like 2.5 or 2.75.....the EVOTT is for mild turbo applications....its not 3" but more than 2.5......the HKS and GReddy are one of the best IMO. HKS especially....GReddy is very nice, i guarantee you will feel the difference....everything just flows so so much better....

not that i don't love my HKS, or that i don' think it's one of the best sounding exhausts out there, but i'm not sure that it's the best flowing exhaust in the world.
60mm superdrager...which i'm trading for a greddy SP sometime soon, just for ***** and giggles.
