Default Need some info on Rota

OK, so I don't remember hitting a cow, but somehow my right rear strut is blown, and my right rear Rota Formel is warped. I searched and it seems like most people's bent rims are totally fucked looking. When looking at my rim, you can't tell anything is wrong with it.
When driving, however, you can feel the vibration at low speeds, seems smooth at moderate speeds but im worried about tire wear. At very low speeds, like 5mph, I get a slight dipping going on.
When we jacked up the car and spun the wheel looking at it from the back, you could see the wobble and slight dip.

Anyways here's the question. When I call some shops tomorrow, they are probably going to ask me what kind of rim it is and what it's made of. All I could think of is that it's cast and not forged. Is there anything more specific I'm going to need to know other than "alloy"?

I'm pretty sure most (all?) rota rims are cast aluminum.

its probably gonna be cheaper or close to the price to just go ahead and buy a new rim.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to just fix this one, it's looking that I'll have to get a new one.

I'm pretty sure the Formel's are a discontinued rim since they aren't on Rota's site anymore. I saw some other sites carrying formel but they were just alloy looking. You guys know of any sites that would carry black formels that I could buy in singles?
