All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

PR3 or P30 pistons, on Crower LS rods??????? what has to be done? please help

Default PR3 or P30 pistons, on Crower LS rods??????? what has to be done? please help

looking to get a set of p30 pr pr3 pistons for my ls/vtec setup, just wanna check to see what kind of machining needs to be done, etc for these to work.

going to order the pistons from jhp.com

PR3's and P30's need no mods to fit LS rods. ITR's and CTR's need alittle shaving to fit.

Yes i have pr3 on my ls and no machining was required only to just get the pistons pressed on the rods.

werd! i have P30's on my LS and no shaving of rods was neccassary..............\

just reading ur post again, did u say ur gonna be running CROWER rods or LS rods? if u r run n CROWER rods i thing u need to have a grove made into the pistons to put a C-clip ring on the ends
