Default Quick b16a motor question.......

Dont know if im in the right place or not, but i was on some site with my friend because he wanted to buy a new motor to swap into his EK and he wants to get a b16a. The b16a is hydro complete. We were just wondering what a hyrdro compelete difference is with the regular b16a and which one you guys prefer to buy....thanks

_Eric
