Oxygen Sensor Bung Stripped
If you tap it you will most likely make the whole bigger.
A good idea, if you want to save the hastle of welding a new one in or getting a new manifold would be to bring your O2 sensor to sears and have them find a tap that is the right size for it. Then while you are there pick up some JB weld, not JB quick or any of that ****, just the normal JB. Put a fair amount of JB in teh bung and let it dry overnight. In the morning tap the hole and thread in the sensor.

i've tried JB Weld before, but that didn't work.
after a few days, i ended up getting a new header to replace the rusty OE exhaust manifold. it wasn't worth the hassle for me to retap it.
