Is there a lifetime warrantee?

Are there service centers/distributors through out the U.S. who will warrantee the tools? or would we have to pay shipping for broken tools and then pay for shipping back? and wait 4-6 weeks...

How does the ratcheting action feel? Is it really rough like the Craftsman ratcheting wrenches? Or does it function smoothly like Snap-on or Cornwell etc...

I dont love Craftsman quality but it is sure nice to be able to go replace a broken tool any day of the week.

tools have a full lifetime warranty.

there are stores/distributors, but none in salt lake city yet. the wait is less than a week and doesnt require shipping back if there is no local store to replace them if a digital picture can be provided. we'll send postage with your replacement tool.

as for the ratchet...its up to what you want it to feel. toptul offers 30/35 and 48 teeth ratchets from slim handles to construction ratchets. if you want the snap-on style one, id suggestion

http://www.toptul-usa.com/cata...age=1

the gear wrenches are 72 teeth and all metal parts.

thanks, brian

i bought the 9 pc gear wrench metric set.
http://www.toptul-usa.com/cata...age=1

seems like a good value, shipping was reasonable. $58 shipped.

i can use 5 of the 9 pieces on my honda, which is actually pretty reasonable. unlike the craftsman and harbor freight set which doesnt come with a 17mm and 19mm, instead a 15mm and 18mm (which we know is worthless on a honda) for about the same price.

i dont think the extra $25 was worth it for the bigger set. i dont care for a carrying case, and i dont find a use for those adaptors. id probably lose em anyway.

been meaning to buy a set of these anyway....

thanks chad.

Actually, those of us who chose to rent a ride don't need tools. It's quite nice

But I will say that this looks like a smokin' deal.

OK so I goofed on what I was calling the item I was interested in. I am interested in the gear wrenches, I am curious if they have a smooth ratcheting action? Or are they rough like craftsman? I do not know the teeth count on craftsman. I spose I could go look but its not my only question.

Do you offer american/standard sizes also? Sorry I often work on more then imports

THANKS
