oh damn, I hope this isn't who I think it is.

He told me he fixed everything, and would be more careful with transactions on HT this time around.
I don't know him personally, but I think I know who this is, and have me up with him a couple times over the years.

He ran into trouble on HT back in '04 with some bad transactions, then he came back to HT under a different name, and I met up with him to buy something back in June I think. I recognized him from a previous transaction and the bad transactions he did on HT, and asked him about them. He said he made good on all of them, and would be more careful in the future.

Please post more details including his HT name, and we'll see if we can get a hold of him for you.
also how long has it been since you last made contact with him?

if it's been since july 9th, that's too long to wait on parts.
